Frontline Ministries

The psalmist writes, "I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of God,
then dwell in the tents of wickedness." (Psalms 84:10)

We are the folks who want you to feel "at home" in Marion First Church of the Nazarene. Our goal is to assist you in every way possible so that you will have a meaningful encounter with God and His people.

Frontline Ministries include:

Parking Lot Greeters: These folks will welcome you at the doors of Marion First Church, in the hallways and foyer. Feel free to ask them for directions or assistance of any kind that will help you reach your destination.

Ushers: These friendly and helpful men will welcome you into the Sanctuary and do all they can to assist you as you worship the Lord.

Security: These men help us each week by providing a safe environment in which we can Worship and study God's Word.

Nurse On Call: We have a qualified Nurse on Call each Sunday to respond to physical needs and emergencies that may arise.

First-Time Visitation Teams: These friendly folks deliver a "welcome" gift to our first time visitors on Sunday evenings throughout the month.

Heart 2 Heart Ministries: These fine folks minister to our Senior Adults bringing consistent fellowship and prayer into their homes. These gracious folks also provide transportation and a helping hand when needed.

Special Needs Transportation Ministries: We are thrilled to be able to offer safe, user friendly transportation to those with physical needs. Just call our Church Office and a member of our Transportation Team will answer your questions and assist you with your transportation needs.
